We are a working flower farm and nestled in the Loess Hills in Glenwood Iowa. Our farm is cared for without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We are dedicated to providing our community with local, seasonal, sustainably raised and beautifully fresh specialty cut flowers and greenery. We work with florists, designers, DIYers and photographers. We offer flower subscriptions, u-picks, workshops, events, designed bouquets and more here on the farm. Howlin Hollar Farm is a small family owned farm so we are by-appointment only.

Our Story
Howlin Hollar Farm is a specialty cut flower farm on 20 acres nestled in the Loess Hills just south of Glenwood Iowa. We are a working farm on about 5 acres of our property, where things are messy and dirty, there are bugs, uneven ground and farm equipment… and we love all of it. Our farm is sustainably managed utilizing low-till and organic principles. Our flowers are carefully selected and locally grown. We are focused on habitat, soil health, lean processes and ultimately, amazing blooms to bring people together and brighten their day. Read our full story.
The first frost may have arrived, but we're already dreaming of spring! 🌱 We're busy prepping beds and nurturing seedlings in our grow room, getting ready for a season bursting with beautiful blooms.
